Service Description

I place a high value on being able to come along side Teams and help them discover their individual and collective strengths as well as areas of needed growth. The opportunity to make it safe enough to get things out on the table and address areas of potential disconnect is not something I shrink back from but rather gladly step into (with you). Learning how to truly celebrate and honor one another rather than merely tolerating each other is a need of any Team. Knowing how to make repair when conflict arises is a much needed skill for any relationship but most especially for a Team trying to build something great together. My services include being present at your Team Retreat to help facilitate content for your Team to learn a new common language together, explore the impact that Family of Origin has on leadership styles and expectations, to learn to identify and articulate needs, to provide an opportunity make repair where disconnect has happened or continues to happen, and to visit what has been, what is, and what will be in the vision of building tomorrow, together. I am available to do residual follow up Leadership Coaching Sessions as well as Leadership Consults as needed.
